Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with any product you purchase from us, you may return unused products in their original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or altered products.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once products are inspected and approved at our returns facility.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us right away so we can arrange an exchange or refund. We may require photos showing damage or defects prior to approval.

Gift Cards

Physical and electronic gift cards can be purchased on our website and used toward any products we sell.
Gift cards do not expire and have no fees. Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Protect the security of both physical and electronic gift cards and access codes.
Gift cards will be shipped to the recipient’s address provided during checkout. eGift cards will be emailed to the recipient on the delivery date selected during checkout.
Gift cards can only be used to make purchases on our website. They cannot be resold or transferred for cash. Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
